About Me

Licensed Mental Health Therapist

I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY New Paltz in 2016. Since then, I've worked in a variety of clinical settings: crisis counseling, residential inpatient, intensive outpatient, and Employment Assistance Programs. 

 

In my work, I strive to draw upon psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral theories, and mindfulness to bring more insight and awareness to people's unique experiences, and foster the self-compassion and committed action needed for people to start living their best lives. We only get one!

I live in Brooklyn, NY, and love reading, traveling, and spending time in nature whenever possible.
